Meditation is all the rage right now, but what is it exactly? Nicole and Shanna talk with Claire Mark, long-time yoga and meditation teacher and co-founder of Chill Chicago. Claire is refreshingly open and honest about how hard it was for her to start a daily meditation practice and gives some tips for trying to create one for yourself.
